Android, built
from scratch.
A small shelf of Kotlin applications written end to end — no templates, no component libraries, no telemetry. Each one exists because a specific problem was worth solving properly rather than quickly.
Focus Vault
A screen-time app with an economy. Focus sessions earn credits; credits buy timed access to the apps that take your evenings. Every surface is drawn on a canvas, it has no account or analytics, and it goes online only for PC Link, if you choose to pair a PC.

SlipSnap
A receipt scanner with a ledger behind it. Capture a slip with the camera and it becomes a dated entry you can categorise, correct and total. The month's spend sits at the top of the screen, and the history stays editable long after the paper has gone.

Kotlin & Compose
No XML layouts and no component library. Every visual surface is drawn, which is what lets a whole interface change theme at runtime.
Pure domain logic
Rules live in pure functions with time and randomness injected, so they can be tested exhaustively rather than sampled.
Gated builds
The build fails on any new static-analysis finding, and on strings that claim a capability the app does not have.
Local first
If a feature needs a server it needs a reason first. The strongest privacy policy is an absent permission.
Why the project pages look nothing like this one
Each project page is designed in its own product's language rather than in the consultancy's. A cyber-noir screen-time app and a treasury systems practice should not share a colour palette. What they share is the standard of the work behind them.
